Bullseye
AAF&G has a 16-point, covered 50-yard Bullseye Pistol Range. The range has 25 yard automatic turning targets used for the 900 matches held every Sunday.
Bullseye Pistol Range Centerfire Shooting Hours are:
- Monday-Friday 10 AM - 4 PM.
- Saturdays, and State and Federal Holidays 10 AM - 1 PM.
- Sunday through Saturday 9 AM to 8 PM - Daylight Permitting
IDPA
Anne Arundel Fish and Game hosts an active IDPA club, with at least three matches each month. New shooters are always welcome. Smallbore Rifle
AAF&G has a 12-position 50 foot and 50 yard small bore rifle range. The range is lighted and covered. Use is limited to .22 caliber rimfire ammunition. The range is open 7 days a week from 9 am to 8 pm, daylight permitting. This range is used by the junior rifle program on Sundays from 11 am until 4 pm.
High Power Rifle
Thanks to the generosity of the MD Department of Natural Resources, AAF&G has a 100 meter rifle range with a covered roof and 2 shooting baffles. The six-position range is open for use to all members and their guests!!! In addition to use by the members of AAF&G, the rifle range will be open for public sight-in and MD State shooter qualifications on scheduled days in late summer and early fall. Archery
From the humble beginnings of a cleared out area with with only a single target, AAF&G's archery facilities have grown to include a full-blown practice range with a 13-foot elevated platform and a small 3-D range. A 3-D Target Archery trail is currently in the design stage. Check here periodically or in the SCORE for more detailed information when the design process is completed.
The practice range includes:
- Marked shooting distances out to 60 yards
- 13-foot high 8 x16 foot elevated platform
- A large 4 x 8 foot backstop
- Several 3-D targets
- 2 3 x 3 foot "monster bag" targets (one portable)
- 2 Broadhead targets
- Several "kick" targets
- Bow racks
- Work table
- Picnic Bench
