AAF&G is pleased to announce the completion of a new Knife and Axe Throwing Range.  The throwing range is located on the right-hand side of the shotgun range, to the rear of what was the old Trap 1 field.

Thanks go out to the Shotgun Committee for coming up with a great new activity for an unused section of the grounds, and to Buildings and Grounds Chair Steve Ballman for his considerable efforts in clearing out the vines and overgrowth from the area so that this space could be reclaimed.

We are looking for a range chair to oversee this new facility. If you are interested, please reach out to the President. In the meanwhile, if you have any questions about the throwing range, please ask the President, a Board member, or one of the Shotgun Committee folks familiar with the new range.
