Calendar

All scheduled AAF&G events can be found through the calendar. You can use the “Categories” selectors to narrow down to specific ranges or facilities. You can use the “Tags” selectors to find specific types of events. For example, selecting the tag sanctioned will show all the upcoming sanctioned weekends at the Club.

A printable version of the calendar is also available.

Public Events

For non-Members, the public tag identifies any events that are open to the public. In the toolbar above the calendar, click on “Tags” then select public from the Tags menu.

These events may require pre-registration, so check the event details or contact the event co-ordinator for more information.

Calendar Reservations

AAFG Committee Chairs and other Members may reserve Club facilities for their events. First, please view the Calendar with the appropriate Category selected (clubhouse or specific range, such as precision-pistol) to check the availability. Then e-mail your request to calendar(at)aafg(dot)org if the desired date/time is available.

Action Pistol Observation and Safety Briefing
Apr 27 @ 09:00 – 12:00

New IDPA action pistol shooters at AAF&G are required to attend an Observation and Safety Briefing before being approved to register for matches.  Registration and additional information are available on PractiScore; look on the Club page for “Action Pistol Observation and Safety Briefing” events.

Class is in on the range 9am–10:30am, in the clubhouse 10:30am–11:30am, and back on the range after that.

If you are already classified in IDPA (Marksman or higher), or if you are a sworn Law Enforcement or active duty military, let the Match Director know when you register for your first match, and you will be given an abbreviated briefing on the day of the match rather than being required to attend the full Observation and Safety briefing.

May 17 @ 09:00 – 13:00

Thank you for your interest in the 2019 AAF&G “Blind Old Pete” Developer’s Cup.  This match is dedicated to Pete Hoffman, a major influence in supporting and expanding IDPA as a match designer and match director at AAF&G.
